Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily operational support for the incubator, assist in managing resident teams’ documents, organizing events, and maintaining venues and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Act as the liaison for incubator resident teams, handle procedures for team onboarding, changes and other formalities, deliver information and coordinate internal and external resources.
3. Undertake daily administrative work of the incubator, assist in document circulation, meeting minute taking, data report compilation and logistics support.
4. Provide full-process support for government innovation and entrepreneurship fund applications, coordinate the preparation of application materials for the university and resident teams, track application progress and relay review feedback.
5. Collaborate with various university departments, alumni resources and external partners, and facilitate cross-department communication and task coordination.
6. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Relevant work experience preferred, especially in higher education, project management or incubator operations.
3. Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; competence in utilizing AI tools to enhance work efficiency is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)孵化器日常運(yùn)營(yíng)支持,協(xié)助開(kāi)展入孵團(tuán)隊(duì)資料管理、活動(dòng)執(zhí)行及場(chǎng)地與設(shè)施維護(hù),保障運(yùn)營(yíng)秩序。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)孵化器入孵團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)絡(luò)對(duì)接,統(tǒng)籌團(tuán)隊(duì)新增變更等手續(xù)辦理、信息傳達(dá)及內(nèi)外部資源協(xié)調(diào)。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)孵化器日常行政事務(wù)處理,協(xié)助開(kāi)展公文流轉(zhuǎn)、會(huì)議紀(jì)要、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表整理及后勤保障等工作。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)類(lèi)政府基金申請(qǐng)全流程支持,統(tǒng)籌學(xué)校及入孵團(tuán)隊(duì)基金申報(bào)材料準(zhǔn)備、進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)及意見(jiàn)反饋。
5. 聯(lián)動(dòng)校內(nèi)各部門(mén)、校友資源及外部合作機(jī)構(gòu),做好跨部門(mén)溝通與事務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)。
6. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 具備相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,尤其是在高等教育、項(xiàng)目管理、孵化器領(lǐng)域有從業(yè)經(jīng)歷者。
3. 優(yōu)秀的中、英文寫(xiě)作及口頭表達(dá)能力。
4. 具備出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和應(yīng)變能力,工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,并具有高度的責(zé)任心。
5. 熟練掌握 Microsoft Office 等辦公軟件;善于使用 AI 工具輔助工作。
