Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To assist the management in executing the duties of student counselling, mainly including providing support and counselling (i.e. individual, group and/or family therapy) to students in need, following up on student cases by collaborating with relevant parties.
2. To assist the management in executing the duties of student development, mainly including planning and implementing various whole-person development programs, seeking and carrying out external cooperation and project development for whole-person education.
3. To supervise student societies.
4. To handle emergencies and other student affairs matters.
5. To assist in the administrative work of the College office.
6. To complete other job duties assigned by the management.
7. To work during non-office hours may be needed occasionally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.A bachelor’s degree.
2. At least three-year working experience. Relevant work experience would be advantageous.
3. Skills and Qualifications
(1) Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
(2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(3) Ability to work independently, initiatively and resourcefully to take full responsibility for completing tasks.
(4) Passionate about the mission of education with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
(5) Candidates with previous experiences in management of student affairs, crisis intervention, project management, education, or counselling/social work would be advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 協(xié)助書(shū)院管理層執(zhí)行學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)方面的工作,主要包括向有需要的學(xué)生提供心理支援和輔導(dǎo)(如個(gè)體治療、團(tuán)體治療、家庭治療等),跟進(jìn)學(xué)生個(gè)案并與其他相關(guān)方保持緊密合作。
2. 協(xié)助書(shū)院管理層開(kāi)展學(xué)生發(fā)展方面的工作,包含策劃執(zhí)行各類(lèi)全人發(fā)展計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目,尋求并開(kāi)展在學(xué)生全人發(fā)展方面的對(duì)外合作和項(xiàng)目開(kāi)拓。
3. 督導(dǎo)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的日常運(yùn)作。
4. 處理突發(fā)緊急事件及與學(xué)生事務(wù)相關(guān)工作。
5. 協(xié)助書(shū)院辦公室的行政工作。
7. 能夠適應(yīng)偶爾需要的加班工作。
崗位要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷。
2. 三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.個(gè)人資質(zhì)與技能:
(1)能夠熟練運(yùn)用中英文進(jìn)行書(shū)面工作和口頭交流。
(2)優(yōu)秀的人際溝通能力和自我表達(dá)能力。
(3)能夠能夠獨(dú)立、主動(dòng)地開(kāi)展工作,善于調(diào)動(dòng)資源,盡職盡責(zé)完成任務(wù)。
(4)對(duì)教育事業(yè)充滿(mǎn)熱忱,具有高度責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
(5)有學(xué)生事務(wù)、危機(jī)干預(yù)、項(xiàng)目管理、教育、心理學(xué)/社會(huì)工作方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
